Painted Old Buffet - Drab to Fab!

Did this one for a friend.

Before~

In my garage, ready to get working on it!
Some pretty rough areas.
My goal wasn't "restoring" this piece but to paint it and make it a functional, item for my friend's home. It is going to be the hub of their technology landing zone! Which means, that's where the fam is supposed to "home" their laptops and all things techie! This piece has a nice large top for landing all those laptops as well as some great storage drawers!

After-

I'm pleased with how it turned out. I made sure to go easy on painting the drawers, (as in not at all!) if the outsides get painted they gunk up the rolling. These are rolling great!
I used Sherwin-Williams paint. 2 coats primer and 2 coats paint.

I know it gets over used on those home shows on cable but frankly, this piece really has gone drab to fab!

Here it is at home-

And Serving as it's technology zone-

  2. That looks so awesome! Love the look. After just refinishing a couple of... not nearly so detailed...pieces - I can appreciate all the work you put into it.
Thanks for linking it up to my Organizing Link party.
