Here is a very fun breakfast, lunch or dinner to make for the family. This is from my Grandma. :-)
Take a 9x13 pan and add 1 stick of butter (1/2 C). Put the pan with the butter in the oven to melt. 400 degrees.
While this is melting; In a bowl mix/whisk together
4 eggs
1 Cup flour
1 Cup milk
Salt
Pour over melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Do NOT open that oven door! And DO NOT PEEK! You will be in for a bit o surprise. That’s why it’s “fun”cookin’.
To encourage you in making it here is a picture but don’t show the kiddos! It’s always a fun surprise!
Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar or just plain- plain yummy!
What fun! That looks delicious!

I'm wondering what this would be like with my fake Ener-G egg replacement stuff. Hmmmm, may have to try, but I'm not holding out much hope.
ReplyDeleteWell, I tried it substituting Ener-G, rice milk and soy butter. Definitely doesn't work at all :(
ReplyDeleteLove these!!! I use 6 eggs instead of 4 for more protein. We fight for the edge pieces. Thanks for highlighting a favorite in our house!!!!
